Cottage property, is located at 397 Simpson Mill Rd and is nestled on 4.5 acres of private property. Tucked away on a quiet country road, Abby Lane Summer Homes is only minutes from the heart of Cavendish, PEI National Park (white sand beaches), Green Gables House and Green Gables par 72 golf course. Abby Lane overlooks Eagles Glenn Golf Course.
Our One, Two and Three bedroom summer homes are bright, spacious, feature cathedral ceilings, comfortable furnishings and fully equipped kitchens. Furnished sundecks add additional outdoor living space for your relaxation and enjoyment. One of our very comfortable cottages awaits you! Our Summer Homes property features outdoor recreation including firepits, playground areas and heated outdoor pool. A PEI National Park pass in included with all cottage rentals.
One Bedroom Summer Home
Our One Bedroom suite is ideal for honeymooners, a couple, a small family, or just friends. It sleeps up to 4 persons, has a queen bed in the large master bedroom and direct access from the bedroom to the bathroom via sliding doors. The bathroom has a whirlpool, a separate shower, skylight and other common bathroom amenities. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.
Two Bedroom Summer Home
Our Two Bedroom units accommodate up to 6 persons comfortably and feature a queen bed in the master bedroom as well as two doubles in the second bedroom. These units are equipped with 4 piece baths and fully equipped kitchens with fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave.
Three Bedroom Summer Home
The Three Bedroom Summer Home accommodates 6 persons comfortably. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double in the second bedroom and two singles in the third bedroom. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen and 4 piece bathroom.

Motel property is located in the heart of Cavendish, within walking distance to attractions, dining and shopping. Visit our well equipped, relaxed 5 unit motel property at 9027 Cavendish Rd (check-in at 397 Simpson Mill Rd) Adjoined by a lovely covered verandah, chose a unit with either one queen or two double beds. These large, comfortable motel units have laminate floors and pine walls. A great spot to relax after or between exploring the resort's highlights.! All non-smoking units feature wireless high speed, mini-fridges, coffee makers, satellite TV, telephones and common propane BBQ's for guest use. Daily housekeeping service provided. There is no pool at this location.
Two Double Bed Motel Unit
A quiet 5 unit motel property within the heart of Cavendish and within walking distance to many attractions, shopping and dining areas. Adjoined by a covered verandah, these spacious motel units offer 2 double beds, full bath/shower, table with chairs. Amenities include mini-fridge, coffee maker with supplies, colour satellite TV with remote, telephone, complimentary wireless high speed internet, furnished verandah and common propane barbeques for guest use.
Crib or cot available but must be reserved at time of booking to guarantee.

Lovely spacious motel unit with 1 queen bed plus a sofa bed, full bath/shower, table with chairs. Amenities in All Rooms
Cottages: Fully equipped kitchen including full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, all pans, pots, dished, cutlery and necessary kitchen items to prepare and serve meals. A propane barbeque is supplied on each furnished deck. All bathrooms feature bath and shower (one bedroom has a jacuzzi with separate shower). Clock radios in master bedrooms, colour satellite television, iron and ironing boards, lobster pot, complimentary wireless high-speed internet. All towels, linens and supplies other than personal items and items for off-site use, are provided for your stay. A complimentary PEI National Park Pass in included for your stay at the cottages.
Motel units: Feature either one queen bed with sofabed or 2 double beds. Mini-fridge, coffee makerwith supplies, colour satellite televisions, complementary wireless high-speed internet access, telephones, full bathroom with tub/shower, verandah.
